Highly Skilled Migrant visa processing
As an IND Recognised Sponsor, Octagon submits HSM applications directly. The IND service standard for recognised sponsors is a decision within two weeks, with a statutory maximum of 90 days. Non-recognised-sponsor routes can take months.
Our immigration team manages eligibility, document compilation, IND submission, and post-arrival registration. We coordinate MVV collection at Dutch embassies, BSN registration at the municipality, and ensure the contract meets IND requirements. For employers without sponsor status, we can sponsor via our Employer of Record service.
