How the result is computed

Each of the 12 questions maps to one of four dimensions and is scored yes=100 / partial=50 / no=0. Dimension score is the mean of its three questions; overall score is the mean of the dimension scores. Recommendation thresholds: ≥80 ready, 50–79 needs work, <50 not ready. Questions and weights reflect Octagon's own market-entry playbook developed over 39 years of NL expansion projects.
